Miles Supreme Fitness is owned and operated by Mareese Miles. Former collegiate football player and certified personal trainer for over 15 years, Mareese knows what it takes to achieve fitness goals.
We offer personal training and group classes.
Miles Supreme Fitness opened its doors in 2007 providing clients a private personal training studio that's safe, spacious, modern and well-equipped.
